The reference I gave you is for CBP policy as well, not CIS.

That is why I quoted the Morris letter, which applies to CBP.

You can work for as many TN employers as you wish! But the TN letter must be from that employer.

There is no problem working for one employer wjhile I-140 is filed by another sponsor.

And your GC process is dead... thanks to your lawyer.

You need aletter for each TN you get. You want to work for employer in Chicago: one letter. You want to work in VT, another letter from that employer.

It doesn't matter who your I-140 sponsor is, they are 2 separate things.
