I94 expire, but TD is valid

Hi, my wife's I-94 will expire in Aug 2011. But, her TD visa is valid until Aug 2012. Does she have to renew her I-94 by going to other countries? or Is it okay for her to stay until Aug 2012, eventho the I-94 will get expired?

anyone in the similar situation?


Btw, she is not canadian.

Answered on other immigration site. she is out of status when her I-94 expires, not her Visa.
