If I am a Mexican National who studied a Bachelor in the US

Can I apply it for a TN visa in Canada?
My bachelature is in psychology. I understand that the specifics of the text of the NAFTA [Chapter Sixteen: Temporary Entry for Business Persons] states that Psychology is included if the person has:
"State/provincial license; or Licenciatura Degree"


I noticed in the other careers that it says "Baccalaureate or Licenciatura Degree" but in psychology it makes a differenciation.

Would that disqualify me from applying to work in a temporal basis in CA??
