TN because my offer letter was not up to speed. I have had it amended and I am going to reapply. Should I go to the same POE or would it matter if I reapplied at another one? I understand all of my information is at their disposal. Has anyone ever had an experience like this one?
Thanks for the help!
Been there, done that!

I've used both Detroit and Port Huron for TN's, just make sure you have all the info they told you was lacking in your inital letter in the new one. Your info (from the previous petition being rejected) is network wide so all the POE's can see it. They may ask why you're at another crossing, for me it was more convenient one time, and I told him that, but that's about it. They're more worried about the petition.
When I've had an issue with the letter, the CBP has circled or underlined the 'offensive' (ie:supervisor) wording. I would take that back to the employer (by fax) for amendment and come right back with the new letter. Be ready when you go back with the revised letter, I've always been asked about the previous refusal, if all your ducks are in a row you should be fine.
