You will be considered an international student here unless you are on a green card or are a US citizen. You may qualify for some scholarships, depending on the school, but you will not qualify for need-based financial aid like federal loans, etc. If you returned to Canada to go to university (which I highly recommend unless you have a lot of money) you would pay Canadian citizen tuition fees.
