Im Canadian & my soon to b hubby is Bangladeshi

What is the easiest way to get my hubby here ot Canada permanently.Is it easier for us to get married here in Canada or in Bangladesh?
and what visa does he need to come here?
Should he apply for a visitors visa and a
permanent visa at the same time(heard it was easier and faster).ok i know this is a lot but i want my baby here as quick as
possible.so please help me with the
