IM SO DOOMED!!! PORT OF ENTRY QUESTIONS

i got accepted by the college in the states, i have every documents ready
but there is one problem which concerns me the most is at the port of entry there is a chance i would be denied
im canadian citizen i have i20,sevis fee receipt etc. my parents do not own a house we rent in a basement, my cellphone bill goes under my moms name . my uncle in america gave me the money
to me so i have the sufficient amount of money requrired to pay for the school
would they ask me to show the prove of ties i only can provide them my family ties which is family photos,my moms life insurance bill,my moms anual family income and weekly work hours,my bank account(no visa card)
with only those proofs will i be denied at port of entry in states?
and also should i buy return tickets? (if i dont buy one someone say they will suspect that you have intention to immigrate to usa )

please help me the more i think of my denial at entry the more frastratetion i get

SEVIS was instituted to ensure or encourage visiting students and their schools to make sure students don't stay in US indefinitely.

Unless you are in your late-20's or lolder, I would think most CBP officers would accept that your ties are 'at home with your parents'. Just inform them that you live at home when not in school. I presume you have a driver's license? It has your address on it.

Return Ticket? Well, if you are willing to buy a one-way ticket, I guess you could buy a second one-way. make it fully refundable. Probably cheaper to just buy return with a change fee.

In realit, The return ticket criteria is for those going to US with vague purpose. You are going to school xyx for xx months.

but only those family tie proofs listed in the above will be fine? my mom threw all the cellphone bill somehow all i left is thoese i listed above i do have a driver license

also do they think im eligible to school because my uncle gave money to me ?
