Immigration to Canada Need Help

Hi All

I 'm a uk citizen and currently staying in Canada Ontario I came on the 24th Feb 2011 as a vistor and have been here ever since I had a extension of stay until August and reapplied for a further extension and was refused and have to go back immediately I received the letter today.
I was also married in Canada to a resident Canadian on the 18th Oct 2011 and I'm awaiting the marriage Cert to return It takes 10 weeks to process and its only been 8 weeks.
We cannot send for sponsorship until we get Marriage Cert
Any advise would be helpful
