Immigration to US for Canadian

Hi,
I have gone through the forum for this particular question, I hope if someone can clear my doubt
I am canadian citizen, my sister is US citizen, what is the best way for me to gain immgration or permanent residency to US being a canadian, is there any way other than I-130 petetion for alien relative. Is there any other application for Candian citizens which has faster process time.
also she resides in texas, are there any state programs or services for immigration which are faster processing times as we do have provincial nominee programs (MPNP)etc..
