Hi everyone,

This board has been very helpful in the past but I need more help. I am in the process of being offerred employment by a midsize company X in the United States. I am currently employed for company Y in Canada.

I have a CGA designation and have a bachelors degree and the position that is to be employed is Senior Business Analyst.

Questions:

1. Will I have trouble securing a TN under that work category? I notice the CGA and the bachelors is listed under the NAFTA TN on the top but for an "accounting profession".

2. Should I give notice to my employer after I secure my TN?

3. If my TN does get declined, what are my options: what can I pose to the US employer? They do have a Canadian entity.

Any help would be great.

Thanks
C
