Importing household & commercial goods to Mexico

We have purchased a condo in Mexico 2 years ago. We have since decided to move there and open a business. I am having difficulty finding information on importing our vehicle, household goods and some small commercial equipment. Each web site I search tells me something different. I tried the Mexican consulate in Vancouver with no help at all. We are opening a deli/bakery and need to import some of our butcher equipment. Anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated.
