India-Working in Gujarat province

I am a Canadian Citizen of East Indian Origin. Due to family compulsions -Elderly parents . I am planning to take up a job in India so that I can be with my parents as well as do my work and earn .Is it permissible by service canada. I don't want to lose my retiral /pension benifits.Valuable inputs will be highly appreciable.
