Indonesian need advice for sponshorsip???

Hi, i am an Indonesian and i have a Canadian fiancee. When he came here in the early of this year, we decide that we will get married in the early next year in my home country. After we get married he wants me to stay with him in Canada. He plans to apply for a spousal sponsorship for me as i will live with him in Canada. His job takes a lot of time and he doesn't have much time to read and learn all of the regulations for it. So, i want to help him to learn about it. I am so surprised through what i have found on the internet. WOW!!!! It is so COMPLICATED. Is there someone who can help us which way is better to apply for the sponsorship inside Canada or outside Canada before he comes here next year for our wedding?? Thank you
