Does anyone know anything about the imigration laws?

If they would know anyhting about the family sponsership program (canadian)
If they would reccommmend it
My fiancee got a refusal letter on a vistor extention and had to leave canada
as soon as possible within a two week notice they sent the letter to us on the october 5
and dident leave till october 25
so he left 6 days after the 2 weeks they reccomend leaving by
was originally gonna use his credit card to go back
but it got cancelled making us wait till i got paid to book the plane ticket

I phoned a lady at the imigration office
and i asked questions when i wasent sure of anything
i asked if there was a waitting period before he could come back
she said no if he leaves on good terms
i thought that he did leave on good terms
she also said if he left on bad terms like being deported he would have to wait
6 months before he could come back to canada

so a week after he left
i sent him money for a plane ticket to return to me becasue i missed him so much
i dident want him to stay in the states
i wanted him with me and since i had thought he left on good terms i thought that
he would be aloud to re enter no problem
but no he wasent allowed to enter canada
they refused him entry and made him wait in calgary and interrogated him
about everything
saying he answered everything wrong
they dident like that he had a saskatchewan cell phone
they dident like that he had a girlfriend here
they said that he had no income
they said that he returned too soon (when we thought that he dident)
they he had no ties to the states so there for that is why they refused him
and deported him i think
well they said that they could ban him from canada forever for what we did and we dident
think that we were doing anything wrong
all we do is love each other and just want to be with each other

will the deportation and vistor extention refusal wreck our chances of trying to
fill out the permentant residencey package family class sponsership package?

If anyone knows anything to help me that would be greatly appreciated
Im completely lost and i dont know what to do

Does the deportation order say how long he is not allowed in the country for?

Basically yes, CIC is right, you did everything wrong. No, it's not your fault, they are common misconceptions.

A visitor's visa is not intended for someone to be LIVING in Canada, which he was doing. It is for VISITING Canada. You are never guaranteed entry into Canada, and if CIC has reason to believe you are illegally living there, they will not let you in, which is what happened to your boyfriend.

You should check out roadtocanada.com, it'll answer a lot of your questions.

Basically, without knowing more information, I'd say you are looking at a minimum of 6 months before he'd be allowed to enter Canada again. However, it may be longer, like up to 2 years, if that's what the order says. But that's no guarantee he'll be allowed in even AFTER that time. If CIC believes he's coming up to marry you, and to stay, they'll probably just block him again.

Your best bet now if you want to sponsor him to Canada, and he is not banned from entering, is for you to go to the US and get married. Then YOU return to Canada and file an application to sponsor him as a PR to come to Canada. It's quite a long process and you will need a lot of help, I'd recommend outland sponsorship. You need to start reading the immigration Canada website on these things and getting a LOT more educated. Good luck.

Hello I have a question, I'm being working here in Canada for almost 3 years and I'm going to get married with my fiance she's a canadian citizenship, I was working here with a work permit till I got lay off.

So we decide to make faster the process to get married I don't know if I can get an open work permit or something to make it faster.

Thanks.

Regards Allan.
