Yo everyone:
What a wonderful site-so informative and interesting it almost feels like belonging to a huge family. I live in B.C. Canada, 55+ years old, (women's perogative never to divulge) and hopefully never have to work again.Ha. I have a ton of questions but will spare you on this introduction site. Hi...All. Well I am newbie here from USA. Very happy to meet you all in this forum.

Hi I'm from Toronto but soon to be moving to Texas to be with the love of my life. I love Toronto, I love Canada, I love Timmies, I love winter. I am going to miss Canada a lot. But my boyfriend has serious health problems that he cannot move to Canada because he has to be near a VA hospital. We are both retirees, well I'm almost there. lol Yes folks we are old, but certainly not dead.... yet. We are so fortunate that at this stage in our lives, we found love and happiness. Wish me luck.

I was born in Surrey British Columbia but i moved to Chilliwack at a young age. My interests are actually playing the piano and learning foreign languages. I actually am in China as i write this. Miss my home in Canada. I got married last year to my beautiful wife of Chinese origin. We are planning on coming to Canada in March or so.

Hope to meet more of you on here. If there is anyone has had a similar experience to mine, or NOT, feel free to send me a message or ask me a question

Hi all, I am Stacy, been a traveler all my life

I have just moved to Slovakia, and would love to meet another female Canadian, in terms of a new friendship.
I grew up in Canada and am finding Europe quite a change from North American life.
Was also wondering if anyone had tips on how to make learning Slovak easier?
