I have a 2005 Dodge Caravan. It was made in the USA for Canada, the sticker under the hood mentions that it is EPA and California certified, but nothing of FMVSS or even CMVSS.
Are the requirements the same for EPA as thy are for FMVSS or do I have to get one of those manufacturers letters? I have 2 weeks before I leave, is that enough time to get a letter?

From what I know , anyway you have to get manufacture letter.
As talked to Honda, they ask to fax them your car registration, driver lincense and ownership letter. It's valid only for 30days
