Is it possible for a Canadian small business owner, entrepreneur to start a business in the UK and reside there with family?

If yes, what do you think the best approach to this would be? Where should one start?

yes it is possible but you need to invest a minimum of £200 000 (in the UK) and be able to support yourself and your family.
