Is my Immigration valid?

Hi!
I havent been to Canada since 2003. Ever since those PR cards showed up.
Is my Immigration still valid?
Am I black listed?
if I apply again, will I be rejected straight away?

one more thing, I couldnt apply for PR card as I didnt actually work in Canada, so couldnt prove my presence.

Your status expired about 3 years ago. "Blacklisted" would be a strong term. You simply can't enter Canada as a PR. You can apply again, if you are qualified.
