Hello,

There are many organizations out there that sponsor "trainees" for J-1 Status for a period of up to 18months. This allows Canadians to work in the U.S as a traiee.

Can you get direct J-1 sponsorthip through a U.S company to last longer than 18months?

What companies are eligible to be set-up for J-1 Sponsorship? and how does it work?

Thanks,
V.
