Just got 3 years TN in Buffalo

Live in St catharines, just got my 3rd TN, and it is a 3 years Visa.

Same fee, same docs, it is smooth. No hassle at all.

I believe the Free Trade Officer at Buffalo has been changed now. However, given how case law has been applied so judiciously in the past in adjudicating TN's there, I would certainly not go back to thinking that Buffalo is now an 'easy' port of entry again.
