I know there is an advantage for Canadian who try TN and L-1.
Canadian receive L-1 status at board.

I heard that E-2 needs to be invested certain amount of money, while there is no minimum investment money required for L-1.

If I can fulfill requirements in Canada for L-1,and try to set up branch office in US, Which one is easier between E2 and L-1.

The L-1 is generally easier, but keep in mind that new office L-1s are highly scrutinized at the border, for good reason. Canadians are visa exempt, but not visa exempt from E visas. E visas are labor intensive and require consular/visa processing at the Toronto consulate, which includes a mandatory interview.
