L1 visa Help Please!

Hi,
Anybody knows if I have to show the following documentation when I apply for L1 visa;

- the Canadian corporation must be at least one year older ( my company is running since 2003 but I incorporated in July 2007 )

- I have to show the taxes for the last 3 years including 2007 (I do not have 2007 yet)

- the corporation that I opened in US is not owned by my Canadian corporation, I did it in my name. The corporations are owned by the same owners. It is OK for the US immigration?

Do I have better chances if I have all this in order.
