So you are back to your origianl Idea. As I said, all the items you first came here with are inconsequential (maneer of payemnt, sponsor, etc).



No i am thinking about getting a TN from my consulting company, currently i have a TN from my client. I doubt they will have an issue providing me with one. They are not a management consulting company but they are a consulting company

They are not the sponsor, your client is. Besides, they don't exist in US, they are a Cdn co.

Instead of going to the POE why not file through Mail, USCIS is different then CBP.
