I'd like to first say that I have been reading this forum for the past 2 years and have to admit it it's awesome. A lot of good info in here and help.
I will be applying for my L1A Visa in a couple of weeks at the pre-flight inspection. I am a Canadian Citizen. I will probably be going through Toronto or Montreal airport. What I would like to know is if anyone here can give me a little insight on the process itself.
My file has been well prepared by my lawyer and everything is in order and well documented.
I'd like to know basically what happens when you get to first agent and tell him that you are applying for an L1...i've been told you will be sent to secondary inspection. Once there, do I only hand out the file and wait for them to process it or is there an interview as well? Are they nice/rude, will they start asking a lot of questions or are they use to processing L1A application...you know what I mean. I've crossed the border over 50 times in my life and never had any issue whatsoever...never been screened and always gone through normally.
If anyone here applied for their L1 Visa at a pre-flight inspection point...please give me some info on how it went
Thank you all for your help and I will be sure to post my experience as well when I go through the process myself.

Anyone? I assumed L1's were very popular Visas.
