live in usa , work in canada

I am a Canadian citizen who would like to move to USA to live but still commute to Canada for work. I currently live 15min from the US border and would like to buy property in the US. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You would still need to have permanent home in canada, and spend most nights per year there.
