Like I said above: F-1. Assuming the school is approved and can do the I-20. If not you're basically screwed because she can't study without the paperwork. It doesn't have to be a "university" course, there are plenty of kids studying at high schools in the US on F-1. It just has to be a full-time course of study. If it's a vocational course, then it's M-1.

Hello dannykool

One the first page I mentioned that I was not a resident of Canada now, so the medical benefits would not apply to me anyways. I also believe that residents of Ontario are allowed to be out of the country 7 months a year(not sure of the days) most if not all other provinces only allow you to be out 6 months of the year.

Not to ofend anybody. but even for Canadians who share a similar culture with Americans (language and others) Americans are very strict with their inmigration policies and is as difficult for a Canadian to have papers than for an Europena or Latinamerican
