Living in Saudi....what about taxes in Canada?

Hi

I am planning to move to Riyadh initially for 3 months. Then my wife will join me.

Question is do we have to pay taxes in Canada?

We have student loans to pay in Canada.so closing bank acct is not an option.

If Saudi Arabia is a tax free country, then the Canadian government will surely come to look for their share. You must apply for non resident status.

Hi,
I'm moving to Riyadh in December and was wondering the same thing. If I'm being paid by a Saudi company in then there shouldn't be any need to pay taxes in Canada. Anyone already living there? What is living in Riyadh like for a single woman?
