Living in Vienna - Where are the Canadians?

I have been living in Vienna now for 9 months and am engaged to an Austrian. I find that I am finding tons of Americans everywhere but not many Canadians. On the eve of Canada Day I am feeling a little sad to be away from home with no one to celebrate with! So my question is - where are all you Canadians hiding?

Lots of Canadians here, it's kinda strange.

But I'm on my way down to Milan tomorrow from where I'm flying off to Morocco. No big Canada Day plans for me! Can't wait to travel for another few weeks.

I'm sure there's some Canadians in Vienna though - Maybe contact the embassy there, they may have info on local Canadian groups or Canada Day plans. In Budapest they usually put on a big barbeque.

i was born and raised in austria but spent the past year in beautiful britsh columbia, vancouver!
