London summer sublet great for travelers

Post Sun Mar 15, 2009 8:34 am

I'm not sure if this falls within posting rules, but here goes - i'm studying in London at the moment and subletting my flat for the summer so I can travel for the summer. I have a self contained furnished studio apt available from the 17th of June to the end of Sept (these dates are negotiable +/- a week or two). it's in Bow, E3 near Mile End and Bow Road Subway in zone 2, easy access to Central London, Whitechapel, Liverpool Street, Aldgate, the City and Canary Wharf. Studio is furnished, and quite cozy. Separate kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooker and washer/dryer and separate bathroom.
Rent is £490 a month including gas, electricity, water, council tax and cable tv/broadband. First months plus last two weeks rent (£220) requested at start of sublet.

message me if you want more info

I'm moving back in may and if i could at least have a few months of living sorted out before i come back that would be ideal. The price and location also sound perfect! So get back to me and we can a chat about it!
My name is Marisa from canada!!

hello,

I know that you have posted this message like two years ago but I was wondering if you still sublet your flat during the summer. I have a work experience in London this summer and would be interested in renting it for three weeks, if you still do that.
