Looking for Advice about moving and Cabinet making in the Uk

Hello,
I'm looking for advise, as I plan on moving to England to live with my girlfriend early next year. I would like advice upon the legal documents I may be needing, possible job opportunities with the woodworking field (ie. cabinet making, joiner, carpenter) and other general knowledge. I am just starting out my research and any help would be greatly appreciated.
