looking for competent Visa Lawyer

Hey Guys.
The company I am currently with on a TN visa is looking for a new Visa Lawyer.

Does anyone here know of or used a Visa Lawyer / Firm and had a good experience.

I know a lot of this work can be done by the HR dept. / or employee but They would much rather prefer to leave these matters to a Visa Lawyer.

I am not the only one here on a visa, we have some other people and at least one from China.

Also - someone with experience on TN to Greencard would be a huge bonus since that is an option we are looking at. That process would be sponsered thru the company I work at.

So Basically someone to help with the leg work, someone who stays on top of everything, someone who respects sensititive dates when Visas expire.

Ha-ha, I realised I just asked for the perfect visa lawyer. well if you know that person / firm. It would be much appreciated.
