Looking for friends!

hey fellow canadians!
i am currently living in Cape Town, South Africa after living in toronto canada for my whole life.
i have been here for 2 years now, gotten into a serious relationship and really need a life outside of that

i'm looking for some girl friends. friends i can call on, meet up for coffee, a movie or just a flick on tv some nights during the week.
my boy is very busy with his law studies and often is preoccupied, so it does get lonely being here without knowing many people.

i have met some people are are nice and welcoming - but no one who i have made a serious connection with where we enjoy eachother as much as oneanother type thing. if that makes any sense at all.

if anyone out there knows how i feel and is interested in chatting to see if we connect - that would be super cool
