Looking for info on dogs in Dubai

We want to bring our puppy to Dubai with us. What is life like there for dogs? Is it too hot? Is there a quarantine?

yes, can be very hot, but more than that, Dubai is not a dog-friendly city.
(It's a car-friendly city.)
No place good for a walk.
Most people live in apartments; unless you are rich or have a generous employer, so will you.
Dogs don't do well in apartments, except maybe tiny little Paris Hilton type dogs.
