Hi Every one ,

I'm a junior developer with a one year of experience in the IT market , I'm willing to relocate to Germany very soon probably within this summer around the month of June or July , i wanted to know how the job market is about the IT industry and if there are chances for a junior developer like me without a big experience to get a job there , for the first times i can work in any decent field .and for last , does anyone have information about flats or houses sharing or cheap places to stay in ? , many thanks to every one , and good luck to all of you guys.
I'm a junior software developer, I graduated on December 2004 with a B.Sc in CS, and since then I have worked for 1 year, I want to relocate to Germany and find a job there ,if anyone can help it will be very appreciated , many thanks to all of you.

Berlin is a great city and I'm sure you could find a job here. I just moved here and I'm also in the IT market (developer too).

Monster.de might help you a lot.

I also have other good websites on my home computer.

What kind of job are you looking for exactly ?

I can't believe how many people are relocating to Germany.
I will be getting there end of May - will probably look into getting an English Teaching job with an agency.
I am always very curious to hear how everyone else's job search is going.

cheers,

nina

Hi there, I am thinking about moving as soon as i find a job starting from the end September 2008. Actually, I've starting searching info and jobs through the internet, but I think the only job I can get, if I ever will get one, is in a call center.which could also be ok as a start, but I would really like to know HOW MUCH are they going to pay me and HOW MUCH is the cost of life there.why do they never put the salary in their job announcements?
Anyway, will keep you informed if there are furhter developments! Thank you very much for all your help/info. Good luck everybody and whon knows, maybe we will meet one day in Berlin! claudia

Wow, I never knew there were so many people interested in moving to germany
Well here is another job site for you guys Job Pilot
It's a pretty good site, lots of adds and many of them in english too, covers pretty much every field.

A little warning for you klaudia, there is no minimum wage in germany, and decent apartments in germany can be quite expensive, especially if you're living in an urban area, so if I were you I would make sure that I get a decent salary before thinking of moving. Don't want to end up with a €3.00 per hour job and not being able to get a place to live.
