Ok, due to some legal matters with My ex , My husband will be applying for The Cr-1 For Both My son and I.
Now the only question I have is, we have looked through visajourney and have been reading what to do carefully but just want reassurance.
When we send in the packages.

1. Payment as required by USCIS. Use a personal check if allowed by the Service Center (as of 4/2005 they do allow this). If not, use a money order so you can track the payment.

What Is the Payment we send, 355 for Mine and 355 for My sons?
710. It says that sending the wrong amount can delay your processing.
This will only be the begin fees that we send it to start the process but i want to do it correctly

thanks

You include either a cheque or a money order for the full amount. Usually you should include 2 separate cheques if there are 2 separate petitions, because USCIS gets confused easily.

Just fill in the form the same for your son as for you. Fill in the blanks, plus include all necessary accompanying forms like the G325A, etc etc etc.

Everytime I think I am done with questions, I find another thing that I am wondering about.

We have filed out all of the paperwork needed for the CR-1 for Myself and my son. It is getting put in in less then a week,

my question doesn't really have to do with the visa or paperwork.

The time line is around a year for the process but Is there anyway for me to come visit at any point.

My husband has a full time job and cant afford to come visit much, except for christmas.

Let me redo my question so it is clear,
I will be in Canada for the next year or so waiting on approval for Cr-1 for My son and Myself. During this time period am i still allowed to visit my husband or not?
I understand If not but i am just trying to get a feel of how this will be going.
He works as a tech and cannot leave the states for any long amount of time, but we will work it out either way, we have before and we can again lol.
