Marrying a Canadian HELP!

I'm an immigrant living in the US who's planing to marry a canadian and move to canada with the husband. we're planing to cross the US border once we marry, would we face any complications even though we're married. (I'm not a US citizen or Resident)

Not sure I understand this question - depends on your status in the US. If you're there on a work permit then he would need to get a derivative (e.g. H-4 if you're on H-1B) to enter the US.

If you're living in Canada then you're both just regular B-2 visitors. However you need to get your status in Canada sorted out if you're not a Canadian citizen, he needs to sponsor you for permanent residency.
