medical and x-ray info

I was just curious what is all required for the medical certificate and also info about the chest x-rays, do you ship them yourself or does the clinic have to ship them?

This is for your work permit, right? If so, your employer should have all the forms you require (including the medical form). If not, you will need to speak to Immigration to ensure you have all the required forms.

It shouldn't matter whether your chest x-ray and results are sent from you or the clinic. It might be easier if you include it with all your other work permit forms.

I'm in Barbados, so things might be different here but I submitted all that myself (although I did have a lawyer do my permit application).
