Hello Im excited to be here. Ok I want to backpack through central america this November. I need know what is the least amount of crap i have to take? and what is the best gear to get?Im all about the minimalist lifestyle.less is best, but i do not want to be without the essensials. I also dont want to carry a ton of stuff that I dont need. Any advise would be appreciated.thx

no matter what you take, always make sure you have extra socks!
