Hi,

I just read in my TV Visa Expert package (very good resource by the way) that Medical Laboratory Technologists require a Visascreen to get a TN Visa "except" if their job is in a training capacity, etc. Time is ticking for me and I was just told my the people who do the Visascreen's that it takes 4-6 weeks to provide the results of the Visascreen. Yikes. Can you please offer some insight? Thank you

All MLTs need a VisaScreen, even if its training. All foreign health care nonimmigrants subject to VisaScreen are inadmissible without a certificate.
