Money Transfer from CAN to Other Location

I'm currently a Canadian, non-resident. I have a bank account in Canada and one in Panama (both in my name).

I'm a Canadian citizen but I live and work here in Panama (so no, I'm not looking for a way to hide money from Canadian Revenue Agency or whatever they're called now..)

What are my options?

I contacted CustomHouse but they said: You have to physically be in Canada to sign up with us and we don't transfer money to Panama.

CanadianForex.ca (which seems to be part of the Ozforex) are ok with the transfer as long as I can provide proof I'm the owner of both accounts (no problem there). So for this one, I would like to know if any other Canadian used their services before ? (same for xe.com)

Direct wire from my bank: With their fees...no thanks..

Any other options ?
