more delaying issues

my wife has a child with me and one from her ex.. the other child lives with his father and my wife was doing visa's for herself and our child and we're married.. does she have to provide birth certificate for her son who isn't coming to the US with us? she already gave copies for herself and our daughter

I'm assuming that you're American and your wife is Canadian, but you didn't mention it. If that's the case, if he's not moving with her to the US, then no, she does not need to provide his information.
