More than one WHM Visa?

Hello all,

First post here. I was in the UK a few years ago on a WHM, then came back home to complete my university degree. Now that I'm freshly out of school, I'd like to head back to London, this time for good. I've been doing some reading around and it would seem you can't get a second WHM visa. I was hoping I could leave with one of those, find some work and then hopefully get my employer to apply for a proper work visa. Did any of you have been able to get a second WHM?

Any suggestions as of how I could get UK settlement otherwise? I don't have any British ancestors, and do not qualify for HSMP (I guess that's what happens when you choose fine arts over business!).

Unfortunately the only way you could come back on a whm visa would be too apply for one for Ireland, and that of course would only allow you to work in ireland. Smile

Otherwise you might be in a bit of a spot as the main options are generally through ancestry of HSMP.

You could always try to find someone to marry you! Razz

Getting married eh? Well I'd lie if I said it didn't cross my mind, but then, I don't know if I would go that far just to get settlement!

Looks like getting back there will be harder than I thought Confused
