Move to US and become self employed

My wife and I are thinking of moving from Europe to the US.

To start with we will be there on a 3 month holiday visa which we later hope to change to a work visa.

I work on the internet and have a good income, my question is..

1. Can I register as self employed while on a holiday visa?
2. Is is easy to register self employs as a sole trader?
3. Can I employ my wife in my business?

This is completely illegal.

This is a very difficult procedure to get the visa. As lot of formalities have to be followed.

You can't do these things while you are on holiday. You better to get advice from immigration company.
