Move to US with MA in Psyc

Hello.my situation is that I've recently graduated with a MA in Clinical Psychology and am currently working as a Counsellor in British Columbia. I'd like to move to the US and am wondering if there are any fellow Canadians with a similar background/education who have made the move. In particular how did you go about looking for work in the field and what VISA category did you obtain? From my research thus far it looks as if the TN VISA may be the best option at least initially, although there may be some quesiton as to which job category I'd fall under (e.g., I know there's a "Clinical Psychologist" category but I assume you'd need a Ph.D for that. My best bet may be "Vocational Counselor"). Any info. from anyone would be much appreciated.
