We're flying back and having our belongings shipped. Do we have to meet the movers at the border inorder to get our stuff across? Besides daytime running light and the instument cluster, what else would I have to do to an 04 Dodge Ram quad cab? thanks

There are Canadian customs forms that the trucking company will need to have with them in order to have your goods come across the border duty and tax free. Here's the CBSA website

As for your vehicle, contact the head office of the manufacturer here in the US, they should know what you would need to import it.

So I don't need to meet them at the border? Any recommendations of which company to use that' familiar with the process so everything goes smooth?

I'm going to call them on the vehicle. thanks

You need to list everything on CBSA Form B4A before you leave, present this list to CBSA when you arrive in Canada, they will stamp it. Then when your stuff arrives, to get CBSA to release it, you have to present the approved Form B4A to them. They will compare it to the packing list the shipping company has given them and then release the shipment assuming everything is in order.

Tip: use the packing list the shipper used when they packed up your stuff to complete Form B4A.
