Moving back to Canada

Hi, I was born in Canada. I now live in Michigan. I moved to the states when I was very little with my parents. I no longer have family here so I want to move back to Canada and be close to the only family that I have left. I am married to a U.S. citizen and he wants to move back with me. What do we have to do to move back?

Do you have ID that proves your Canadian citizenship? Birth certificate, valid passport, that type of stuff?
