Hey! I'm so glad I found this website, I have been searching for information for a VERY long time.
My boyfriend and I are moving to the states for his work, so he has a visa and they are working on a pleasure visa for me (because we would probably only be there up to 3 years).
I can't find anything about the actual moving process. We have 2 dirt bikes and 2 street bikes and I'm sure I have to get some kind of paperwork filled out but noone seems to know what that is.
any idea?

Thanks!

Call the bike manufacturer(s) to get a compliance letter so that you can import them duty free with your personal goods.

Well, on the visa side, you don't need one. "Co-habiting" partners can stay in the US indefinitely in B-2 status while the other person's visa is valid. You get B-2 automatically at the POE.

That's exactly what I needed to know. Thank you so much!
