I'm a Canadian citizen, living in Canada, and may be offered a job by a U.S. company soon. Planning to go down on a TN visa/status.
Does anyone know, am I able to relocate within the U.S. once down on the TN visa, provided I stay with the same company in the same position? Meaning if I get the job offer stating location A. Then a month later, I move to location B. Are there any restrictions with that? Do I have to notify anyone? (please note, my job can be done from the office or from home)
Hope someone knows!

It's my understand you don't have to work in the same location, but you can't really relocate, as a TN is only for 1 year.

The relocation would be within that year. Likely within the first month or so.

The TN visa has no restrictions on where you live within the US as long as you are being paid by the same company while on the TN Visa.

Of course you can relocate. Notify USCIS of your new address as soon as possible.

Thanks to everyone for the information. I'm happy to hear relocating isn't a problem.
So. the USCIS just has to keep the files current as to where you are living/working?
When you get the TN Status, what is actually stamped/stapled into your passport? What exact information is on it? The date you were approved and the date of expiry. What else? Does it state on there WHERE you're moving to? If so, will that have to be changed once I relocate?
Thanks, and sorry if I sound redundant!
As soon as I get my job offer, I'll be ordering that TN visa application kit!

You get what is called an I-29 that is stapled to one of the pages in your passport. It, the TN expires one year from date that it is issued.

The I-94 in your passport does not have your address on it. We've had many TNs issued when we did not yet have our apartment at the new location. Even if it doesn't mention it though, it is tied to the employer that you applied under, so that must stay constant.
