Name Change On Canadian Passport in UK... HELP!

Hi, I'm Shawna, Canadian living near Manchester, Uk with my british husband Chris.

Chris and I married over here almost 3 years ago. My problem is that now we want to go back to Canada for a holiday to visit my family, and I have to get my name changed to my married name on my passport.

I've looked EVERYWHERE... does anyone know where I can get this done? I've been to Croydon in the past to deal with immigration issues, but does the Liverpool office take care of this?

I am desperate for some help as I need to sort it ASAP.
