HI,
I belong to India.
My husband in Canada on work permit visa (till 04/07/2008).

I wanted to join my husband as he went there just after three months of our marriage.

I applied for visa (Temporary visitor) (Dated on 1/08/07) and that got rejected, as according to Canada high commission i didn't meet the requirements for the Act of Regulation.

Second time after consulting through so many medium (through people, website,VFS), i applied for open work permit (24/09/07) on the basis of my husband's work permit.
I am myself a software engineer and hv 3.5+ yrs of exp.

I showed following documents:
1. My exp doc (offer letters from employer)
2. My qualification docs
3. My funds
4. 2 yrs of IT returns
5. Invitation letter from my husband
6. marriage certificate
7. My husband's LMO,Job offer letter, Work permit,health card,house lease paper,telephone bill etc.other papers
8. My husband's bank statements

That was also rejected.

Please help me to know:
What is the chance for me to get the visa now?
What all can be the documents that would show prove to them that i would be back after completing my stay over there?
What all are the documents those are lacking here?
When and which visa i should apply?

I really got confuse after talking to so many people.

Thanks and Regards
